- Evaluate source data systems for variances, anomalies, and efficiency
- Create reusable data models (S4/HANA CDS and HANA calculated views) that scale across the enterprise
- Optimize logical and metadata models
- Performance tuning of long running queries/procedures
- Collaborate with data owners and data scientists to understand relationships in enterprise source data and help create an analytical reporting roadmap
Desired Qualifications- Strong understanding of HANA and S/4HANA architecture, other business intelligence suites (COGNOS, Informatica, etc)
- Understanding of Attribute Based Access Control
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate into long term solution data models
- Understand relational, dimensional, cube based relationships
- Understand conceptual, physical, logical data models
- Experience with enterprise scale relational databases
- Experience with building queries in SAP HANA studio and SAP ADT using BW/4HANA Objects.
- Experience with reporting tools - Business Objects, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks
- Experience with developing SAP S4/HANA CDS Views.
- Experience with large data volume, performance tuning
- Experience in ABAP programming skills and SQL Skills.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall
- Experience in Smart Data Access and Smart data Integration will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Cloud tools/integration will be an added advantage.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience
- Professional certification(s) desired.
