• Lead and optimize SAP PP and PP/PI processes, ensuring seamless migration and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Manufacturing and Filling operations in SAP S/4HANA.
• Engage in solution design, implementation, and user support to drive efficiency and innovation.
• • Develops and maintains architecture views and models
• • Performs initial assessment of product suitability for integration into delivery system environments.
• • Assists with assessment of impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle
• • Integration with other modules like MM, SD and FI.
• • Demonstrated knowledge of systems and processes in large and complex business environment.
• • Interfaces with other third party application like Tibco, Webmethods, GXS, and Autosys ( batch job systems )
• • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and verification of basic data elements and userexits.
• • IDOC knowledge and expertise of both inbound and outbound.
• • Lead and guide the project team members for the solution delivery
• • Strong experience in creating SAP solution architectures
• • Experience in contributing to architecture and design guidelines for IT/ERP initiatives
• • SAP solution expertise in Pharmaceutical industry

Roles & Responsibilities
• Technical discussions with key stakeholders
• Interaction with Technical SMEs
• Solution Design & Architecture: Develop, prototype, and implement SAP manufacturing solutions (PP, QM, PM) tailored to client requirements.
• Integration & Technical Leadership: Architect the inte gration between SAP and OT/IT systems, including SAP S/4HANA Production Engineering and Operations (PEO), SAP MII, or external MES systems.
• Process Optimization: Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops to align business processes with SAP Best Practices, minimizing custom code.
• Project Delivery: Lead or support project lifecycle phases, including requirement gathering, system testing (UAT/SIT), and Go-Live support.
• Data & System Strategy: Oversee manufacturing data migration, archiving strategies, and technical documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Present complex solutions to C-Level stakeholders and align technical teams with business objectives.
Salary Range $150,000-$180,000Per year
