Job Title: SAP Functional Team Lead (HCM Techno-Functional Consultant) (10326)

Key Responsibilities- Lead SAP HCM development and provide techno-functional guidance to the team
- Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP applications and enhancements
- Work on SAP HCM modules including:
- Personnel Administration
- Organizational Management
- Time Management
- Payroll and Benefits
- Develop and support integrations with external systems such as Kronos Workforce Dimensions
- Build and maintain SAP ABAP objects including:
- Reports (ALV, Interactive, Drilldown)
- Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements Framework)
- Interfaces (IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services - SOAP/REST)
- Configure and enhance SAP Portal, Web Dynpro, and Fiori applications
- Develop HCM Processes & Forms using Adobe Forms and FPM
- Support SAP SuccessFactors integrations and Employee Central
- Handle SAP mail services using standard APIs (SCOT, SOST)
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Apply OSS notes, patches, and system upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Required Skills- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM ABAP development experience
- Strong experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (techno-functional)
- Experience integrating SAP with Kronos Workforce Dimensions Suite
- Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Ready Suite
- Strong understanding of SAP Portal technologies (NetWeaver, Fiori, Web Dynpro)
- Experience with SAP Cloud Integration / SAP CPI / HANA Cloud Integration
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems and integrations
- Experience with:
- IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Interface development (file-based, middleware)
- Experience with mail services in SAP using standard APIs
- General understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented ABAP programming
- Experience with LSMW/BDC, enhancements, workflows, and forms
Preferred Skills- Experience working in public sector or government environments
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or ASAP methodologies
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & LMS
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience
