Full Job Description
Job Title: SAP Full Stack Developer

Location (city, state): Oklahoma City, OK; Dallas, TX; or Midland, TX

Assignment Type: Direct Hire - Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without assistance.

Pay: $120,000-$140,000 annually, plus a 15% short-term incentive and 20% long-term incentive

Work Schedule: Onsite five days per week.

The SAP Full Stack Developer will design, build and enhance custom SAP applications in a modern S/4HANA environment. This position will work closely with technical leads who gather business requirements and translate them into development priorities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP Fiori experience, understands the RESTful Application Programming Model and is eager to continue developing within a collaborative SAP team. This is an excellent opportunity for an earlier-career SAP professional who wants exposure to a large custom application portfolio and a variety of business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and enhance SAP Fiori applications using Fiori Elements and SAPUI5.
  • Develop full-stack SAP solutions that support accounting, operations, land, engineering and other business teams.
  • Build transactional and analytical applications using RAP, CDS Views, AMDP and OData services.
  • Design backend services and data models using ABAP on HANA.
  • Apply HANA push-down techniques to improve application and database performance.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop integrations and business logic across core SAP modules.
  • Partner with data, integration, analytics and custom-development teams.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
  • Maintain clean, scalable code aligned with SAP UX and clean-core principles.
  • Continue learning emerging SAP technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of hands-on SAP Fiori development experience.
  • Practical experience with SAP Fiori Elements and SAPUI5.
  • Experience with ABAP on HANA and the RESTful Application Programming Model.
  • Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP and OData service development.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and full-stack SAP application development.
  • Understanding of one or more core SAP modules, such as FI/CO, PS, MM, JVA or PRA.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with functional stakeholders and other technical teams.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding SAP application environment.
  • Candidates with approximately two to five years of SAP experience are especially encouraged to apply.

Additional Details:
  • Familiarity with SAP development architecture, governance or coding standards is beneficial.
  • Experience with SAP Joule or other AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
  • Oil and gas industry knowledge is helpful but not required.
  • The development organization includes approximately 12 team members working across internal and external resources.
