Principal - Business Consulting (FICO consultant) The RoleThe SAP FP&A Consultant will support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing
SAP-based Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions. The role combines
finance domain expertise with
SAP technology, helping organizations improve budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management processes.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or SAP FICO
- Strong understanding of:
- Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling
- P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis
- Cost center, profit center, and profitability analysis
- Experience working with CFO, FP&A, or Controlling teams
- Hands-on experience with one or more:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- SAP BPC Embedded / Standard
- SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning preferred)
- Good understanding of FI/CO integration
- Experience with SAP reporting, SAC dashboards, or BW integration is a plus
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Experience working in SAP consulting
Estimated annual compensation will be $154,375 - $193,125
