Full Job Description
This position is currently hybrid-eligible, with the expectation of three days pre-assigned on-site attendance. We require California residency and living within a 50-mile commute of our headquarters in Santa Ana.

This Card Services Product Strategist role is for a self-directed, analytical thinker who can turn insights into action and bring forward-thinking payments strategies to life.

What You'll Do

Evolve our card portfolio strategy
  • Development and optimization of credit and debit card programs (features, pricing, benefits)
  • Anticipate payments trends and bring innovative solutions to market quickly
  • Use data to uncover insights, drive performance, and improve interchange and portfolio growth
  • Leverage new tools and technology, including AI, to elevate results


Drive enterprise impact
  • Collaborate across teams to support growth in lending, business banking, and beyond
  • Improve servicing models and empower teams with tools and insights


Influence with insight
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and member expectations
  • Use storytelling and data to influence leadership and shape strategy
