SAP FICO Transformation Architect

Salary- $150000/Year- $160000/Year Plus LTM Full Time Benefits
Lead SAP FICO transformation strategy roadmap global template design fitgap workshops and S4HANA Finance programs
Own AMS delivery across incidents requests problems changes enhancements releases SLAKPI performance risks and escalations
Drive solution architecture across General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Banking Tax Cost Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing and Profitability Analysis
Provide process manufacturing finance leadership for standard and actual costing material ledger inventory valuation production variances settlement and profitability reporting
Govern integration with SD MM PP QM WMEWM Treasury HR banking tax consolidation and external financial platforms
Lead financial close stabilization major incident recovery root cause analysis controls improvement automation and knowledge management
Partner with Finance leadership Controllers Shared Services SAP COE vendors and onsiteoffshore teams through structured governance forums
Mentor functional teams assure solution quality and act as the escalation point for complex finance process and architectural decisions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS
15 years of SAP experience with deep SAP FICO configuration finance process and solution leadership expertise
At least three full lifecycle implementations rollouts or S4HANA transformation programs global AMS leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of RecordtoReport ProcuretoPay OrdertoCash financial close intercompany accounting controls and statutory reporting
Handson expertise in FIGL AP AR Asset Accounting Cost Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Material Ledger COPA and integration
Experience with SAP ECC and S4HANA Finance exposure to Fiori BTP Central Finance Group Reporting Cloud ALM and ServiceNow is desirable
Awareness of SAP Business AI innovations and ability to identify AIdriven opportunities for financial close forecasting cash management compliance and operational efficiency
Excellent executive communication stakeholder management consulting team leadership commercial awareness and problemsolving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce Business Technology or a related discipline CA CMA or MBA is desirable
SAP FICO S4HANA Finance certification ITIL or SAP Activate certification is an advantage
