Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute Angular to React JS migration initiatives
Develop scalable responsive and highperformance web applications using React JS
Write clean maintainable and reusable code following best practices
Leverage AILLM tools effectively by crafting highquality prompts to accelerate development debugging testing and documentation
Participate in architecture discussions code reviews and technical design sessions
Collaborate with business analysts designers and backend teams
Required Skills
Strong expertise in React JS JavaScript ES6 TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3
Handson experience in Angular to React migration projects
Experience with state management libraries ReduxZustandCustom HooksContext API
Proficiency in REST APIs and componentdriven development
Strong understanding of unit testing Jest React Testing Library and code quality practices
Experience using AIassisted development tools GitHub Copilot ChatGPT Claude etc and writing effective prompts for code generation refactoring testing and documentation
Familiarity with CICD pipelines Git Gitlab and AgileScrum methodologies
Excellent Team player

Experience with performance optimisation and modern frontend architectures
Exposure to accessibility security and responsive design best practices
Location Detroit Michigan USA or Charlotte North Carolina USA Should be ready to work from client office 3 days a week
