Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
SAP FICO + Concur Consultant with strong expertise in
financial processes, travel & expense management , and system integration. The role involves managing end-to-end finance operations and ensuring seamless integration between
SAP FICO and SAP Concur solutions.
Key Responsibilities SAP FICO - Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting & Reconciliation
- Handle financial closing activities (month-end/year-end)
- Manage taxation, compliance, and audit requirements
- Work on cost center accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis (CO-PA)
- Configure pricing procedures, account determination, and document types
SAP Concur - Implement and support Concur modules :
- Travel & Expense (T&E)
- Invoice Management
- Configure:
- Expense policies
- pproval workflows
- udit rules
- Manage integration with SAP FICO (ECC / S4HANA)
- Handle employee expense reimbursement and vendor payments
- Support corporate card integration and reconciliation
Integration & Support - Ensure seamless integration between Concur and SAP (via APIs/CIG/Middleware)
- Perform testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and deployment support
- Troubleshoot finance and expense-related issues
- Work with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
Required Skills - 6-10+ years of SAP FICO experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP Concur (T&E + Invoice)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Financial accounting processes
- Expense and travel management
- Compliance and reporting
- Experience in:
- SAP ECC / S4HANA environments
- Integration between SAP and Concur
Preferred Skills - Experience in global finance operations / multi-country rollouts
- Knowledge of GST/VAT, statutory compliance
- Exposure to automated expense auditing and policy enforcement
- Basic knowledge of ABAP/debugging
Soft Skills - Strong stakeholder management (Finance + IT teams)
