Full Job Description
Due to specific project and client requirements, this position is open to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders). Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Note: This position is based in Austin, TX/San Jose, CA

Job Description:
  • The candidate must have HR Domain / Process experience ( but it's not mandatory that they must be experts in any tool ) . Knowledge on how Data flows between systems, how data tables are related etc is mandatory. Data Migration experience is not mandatory.
  • The candidate must be able to write basic SQL and do joins with ease.
  • The candidate must have experience working with AI Agents or should have exposure training Agents, writing test cases or some kind of work in AI/ML space. Background in enterprise data; need not have deep data warehousing and modeling expertise, but they should have some experience managing data, such as data migration
  • Background in HR data analytics; someone with experience in HR applications could be a good fit too.
  • Comfortable with SQL
  • Good communication skills, and
  • Some knowledge of conversational AI applications

Primarily contributing to:
  1. Testing
  2. Documenting metadata and semantic context, and
  3. Evaluating conversational AI user journeys
