• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience• Solid background in SAP EWM functional design, technical development, and integration troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in both EWM functional and technical roles across multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain business processes.
• Expertise in SAP EWM integration with WCS, TMS, ERP, carrier systems, and third-party logistics providers.
• Proficiency in integration technologies: IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services (SOAP/REST), SAP PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, TM, PP integration points.
• Experience with RF frameworks, POSC, LOSC, WOCR, and automation solutions.
• Skilled in ABAP development, BADIs, user exits, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to mentor and lead technical and functional teams.
• At least 10 years of experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation /Development
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Good understanding:
o Inventory
o Warehouse
o Shipping business processes
o integration to Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
o 3PL business processes
• Expert
o Experience in understanding customer requirements & specifications
o Documenting customer requirements and specifications.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
