Description:
Our client is looking for an SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Administrator for a long-term project with one of our clients. The customer is looking for an expert resource with skills in SAP Business Objects Data Services and the SAP Business Objects BI Platform toolset.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.x, BusinessObjects Enterprise or earlier
- 5+ Years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services 4.x
- Excellent working knowledge of BI Platform installation, configuration, and best practices
- Must be able to effectively troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and other related issues from an administrator and developer point of view
- Must be able to configure various authentication methods including AD, SAP, and HANA SAML for single sign on (SSO)
- Must have working knowledge of Apache Tomcat maintenance activities
- Must be proficient in upgrade/update practices and procedures
- Knowledge of CTS+ configuration and troubleshooting is helpful
dditionally, Preferred Candidates have:
- Experience installing and configuring Data Services 4.x, Information Steward 4.x, and Data Quality Manager 4.x
- Experience with client tools such as Web Intelligence, Lumira, Analysis for Office, and BI Platform Client Tools
- Working knowledge of clustering and load balancing concepts
- Have working knowledge of performance testing and tuning
- Current BI Platform 4.x certification or earlier
