- Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
- Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here's what you need:- Minimum of 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
- Minimum of 2 years f experience in Employee Central with EC Time - must have EC certification of some kind
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points if:- You know how SAP's business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
- Master Stakeholder Communications
- You demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.
