You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. You're open to traveling as needed to client sites, in addition to opportunities to work remotely.

The Work:

Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups. This role will engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success.   • Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
  • Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
  • Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.


Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's what you need:
  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
  • Minimum of 2 years f experience in Employee Central with EC Time - must have EC certification of some kind
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off certification
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

  • You know how SAP's business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
  • Master Stakeholder Communications
  • You demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.
