Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 8+ years of SAP Finance modules Implementation (FI/CO, or supporting Order to Cash , Purchase to Pay)
• Lead/support SAP MM design and configuration across procurement, inventory, and invoice verification processes
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Power BI/reporting integration
• Working knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques for large-volume financial data
• Familiarity with incident/ticket management tools and ITSM processes (SLA-driven support, priority triage, escalation management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and financial reporting integrity
• Preferred: prior experience on a SAP-to-Microsoft Fabric or SAP-to-cloud data platform migration
• Preferred: exposure to Finance close processes (month-end/quarter-end) in a production support capacity
• Preferred: experience in large enterprise pharma, life sciences, or regulated industry environment
Roles & Responsibilities
Migration Support
• Support SAP-to-Microsoft Fabric data mapping, extraction, and transformation for Wave deployments
• Partner with functional leads (O2C, P2P, GA, Tax) to validate migrated data preserves SAP business logic and reporting integrity
• Execute and support UAT cycles; log, triage, and drive defects to closure ahead of go-live
• Contribute SAP business-process expertise to design decisions during Fabric pipeline build-out
Production Support & Operations
• Monitor Fabric data pipelines, job execution, and report refresh schedules; proactively identify and resolve failures
• Perform SAP-to-Fabric reconciliation and data quality checks; manage and resolve exceptions
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents (P1P4) within defined SLA response times; conduct RCA.
• Provide release/deployment support, including hypercare immediately following each wave go-live
• Support month-end and quarter-end close cycles, including on-call rotation during critical windows
Governance & Reporting
• Escalate priority incidents per defined path
• Contribute to KPI reporting and service review packages for Lilly IT Leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and reconciliation results to support continuous improvement

• Ability to operate effectively within a distributed onsite/offshore delivery model
• Stakeholder coordination across functional leads (O2C, P2P, GA, Tax) and IT leadership
• Escalation management discipline and SLA-driven prioritization
• Comfort operating in a structured incident-management/governance framework
Salary Range: $140,000 -$150,000 year
