Are you a technology leader who understands the language of business? Do you have a passion for solving complex data challenges, shaping enterprise data strategies, and leading organizations through large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations?

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Management Manager to lead data strategy, governance, migration, and delivery across complex transformation programs. You will work closely with business and Information Systems (IS) leaders to establish the data vision, facilitate key decisions, and ensure that high-quality master and transactional data is successfully migrated to SAP S/4HANA.

The Opportunity

As a SAP Data Management Lead Manager, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that'll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn't limited to:
  • Lead the data management and migration workstream throughout the complete SAP S/4HANA program lifecycle, from strategy and planning through deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Facilitate executive discussions and cross-functional workshops to define the data vision, guiding principles, governance model, scope, and roadmap.
  • Lead data discovery, scoping, profiling, cleansing, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and load activities.
  • Facilitate detailed data-mapping workshops with business process owners, data owners, functional teams, technical teams, and source-system specialists.
  • Establish the end-to-end data migration strategy, including migration architecture, tools, environments, mock-conversion cycles, cutover, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Define the scope and treatment of master, reference, historical, open transactional, and organizational data from multiple source systems.
  • Establish data governance, ownership, stewardship, quality standards, business rules, controls, metrics, and decision-making forums.
  • Lead and coordinate business, functional, technical, and data teams, ensuring alignment across business functions.
  • Manage the data workstream plan, resources, budget, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and status reporting.
  • Drive data readiness by holding business data owners accountable for cleansing, enrichment, mapping, validation, and approval activities.
  • Oversee mock conversions and production migration, ensuring defects are resolved and data meets agreed quality and reconciliation thresholds.
  • Design and oversee data validation, reconciliation, verification, and business sign-off processes.
  • Work closely with program leadership and functional, integration, testing, security, reporting, and change-management workstreams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop consultants while promoting collaboration, accountability, innovation, and delivery excellence.

What You'll Bring
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, information technology, engineering, information systems, data management, or a related discipline.
  • More than 10 years of experience in SAP data management, data migration, governance, or transformation, including leadership roles on large SAP programs.
  • Proven experience leading the data workstream for at least three end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic discussions with senior business and IS stakeholders and translate business objectives into an executable data strategy.
  • Extensive experience planning and facilitating data strategy, governance, scoping, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation workshops.
  • Strong knowledge of master and transactional data across finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and related business areas.
  • Experience with SAP data solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server, SAP HANA, SAP Integration Suite/CPI-DS, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Master Data Governance.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data profiling and transformation, SQL, Python, and related data-management technologies.
