Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, MA, and Project systems.
  • Proven ability in SAP S/4 HANA functional configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Jobs and integration with other modules.
  • Experience working in Azure Cloud environment.
  • Ability to manage a global template and configure it as necessary.
  • Familiarity with SAP RISE is a plus.
  • Experience managing integration with banks for AP and AR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP S/4 Finance module initiatives and projects.
  • Resolve incidents and provide necessary bug fixes.
  • Drive problem management processes, including conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent solutions.
  • Create functional design documents and develop configurations based on requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate system changes post-transport to production environments.
  • Oversee system validation following maintenance activities, ensuring operational integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement methodologies across the finance module operations.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and other module teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and generate reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

  • SAP S/4 HANA Finance AP, AR, GL, FA,MA, Project systems

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for SAP S/4 Finance module as Lead
  • Responsible to resolve incident and provide bug fixes
  • Responsible for driving Problem management and provide RCA and permanent solution
  • Responsible to creating Functional design document, develop configuration and test the changes
  • Responsible to work with Business and IT team for SIT and UAT testing
  • Responsible for validating changes post transport to production
  • Responsible to validate system post maintenance activities
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement
  • Expected to work with Offshore team and other modules team to drive day to day operations
  • Track service delivery performance and report it on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
