Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Process Expert - Manufacturing to support digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance. This role is responsible for optimizing and testing business processes within the SAP PP/MM modules, partnering with stakeholders to drive process improvements, and supporting solution implementation in collaboration with the SAP Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate brings strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, manufacturing experience, Production Planning certification, and a proven track record of successful SAP deployments.

Candidates located outside of our hub locations may be considered for a fully remote work arrangement with periodic travel, based on qualifications and business needs.

This role requires up to 50% travel

Responsibilities:
  • Support manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance resources for the responsibilities such as production planning, scheduling, production confirmation, capacity management, shop floor operation, etc.
  • Implement business process improvements using industry best practices and SAP functionality.
  • Work closely with functional analyst, consultants, and developers to configure or customize SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide training and aid to end-users on new SAP processes and functionality.
  • Assist in measuring the effectiveness of implemented SAP process improvements, and help adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SAP supply chain planning business processes, providing guidance to stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field is required.
  • In depth knowledge of the SAP PP/QO/MM modules and processes within SAP along with a general working knowledge of the other modules.
  • Good comprehension of SAP business processes and integration between SAP PP/MM/SRM and other SAP modules.
  • Excellent at diagnosing and finding solutions with sometimes involved business processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the propensity for efficient collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to create user documentation that clearly defines a process or procedure.
  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus, but not required.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience required and SAP ECC a plus.
  • 25-50% travel for production support and testing.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
