Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience• Experience in SAP BTP with UI5 and Fiori experience.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex Fiori applications.
• Solid understanding of SAP architecture and integration technologies.
• Requires minimum 5 years of experience in developing, deploying and configuring applications on Cloud Foundry using SAP CAPM.
• Experience creating and configuring launch pad sites using BTP portal service/Launchpad Service/WorkZone.
• Strong expertise in SAPUI5, OData, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with SAP BTP services, including SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Build.
• Experience with cloud-native development and deployment.
• Knowledge of BTP services like workflow management, Hana cloud, XSUAA, Document Service etc. & configuring destinations to cloud and on-premise systems and using them in applications.
• Knowledge about platform operations like Identity Provider configuration, assertion-based mapping for authorization, role collection configuration etc.
• Experience consuming OAuth protected REST APIs in applications
• Knowledge of Java or Node JS programming language is a must.
• Experience creating microservices using Spring Boot framework or NodeJS based frameworks.
• Deploy and maintain Fiori applications in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Experience of CI/CD and Git is a plus.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, cloud technologies, and user experience design.
• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying innovative Fiori applications on the SAP BTP, driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
