SummaryIn this role, you will manage, optimize, and support SAP and related applications to ensure seamless business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, and design and implement solutions that meet organizational needs.
What You'll Do- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements and solutions within the S/4HANA ecosystem or other Belimo system solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP modules, including Sales, Manufacturing, and SAP Supply Chain Management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Writing functional specifications for new change requests.
- Provide L2 support for BP functionalities.
- Creating new reports and modifying existing ones.
- Secondary support for BI/BW user groups.
- Provide ongoing L2 support and troubleshooting for SAP systems.
- Test and document SAP system configurations and updates.
- Train key users on SAP functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
- Provide daily L2 support for the application portfolio, especially those applications that interface and are integrated with SAP.
- Ensure documentation and Knowledge Base documents are created and updated with process and technical changes.
- Participate actively in identifying and implementing process improvements across Belimo business and technical teams.
Who You Are- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of SAP S/4HANA experience in manufacturing or 5+ years of experience with SAP ECC implementation, configuration, or support.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Sales or ECC OTC business processes and configuration.
- Experienced in working autonomously and as part of a team. Understands the value of teamwork and individual members and shares information freely and openly to advance team knowledge.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytic, documentation, and research skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to comfortably use pivot tables and import / manipulate high volumes of data.
- Strong business acumen, collaboration skills, and customer focus.
- Ability to understand and manage complexity.
- Exceptional communication and accountability.
- Knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies.
- Understanding business processes in other SAP S/4HANA Functional areas, including Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain Management...OR...in SAP ECC: OTC, Material Management, Production Planning, Logistics Execution, Business Intelligence, and systems integrations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience supporting SAP BI and BI users is a plus.
- Experience in Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $105,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 10% of an employee's annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. Belimo is a total compensation company which includes a comprehensive benefits package including a full range of medical, financial, and other competitive benefits.
