Role Overview:This role focuses on performing comprehensive functional and regression testing for CRM portals, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing UI and API automation, validating Salesforce-specific configurations, and integrating testing activities within CI/CD pipelines. The position also involves defect management and exploring AI-assisted testing approaches.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform functional and regression testing for CRM portals.
- Execute UI automation using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium (Lightning-aware).
- Conduct API testing for Member and Claims systems using Postman, REST Assured, or Karate.
- Validate Apex triggers, Flows, and validation rules.
- Support Salesforce releases and UAT activities.
- Integrate and execute tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Leverage AI-assisted testing approaches such as test case generation and self-healing automation.
Required Skills:- Salesforce Lightning Experience and Service Cloud.
- CSR workflows: Cases, Omni-Channel, Contact Center knowledge.
- UI automation tools: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium (Lightning-aware).
- API testing tools: Postman, REST Assured, Karate.
- Apex triggers, Flows, and validation testing.
- CI/CD integration and test execution.
- Defect management (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- AI-assisted testing (test case generation, self-healing automation exposure).
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:- Healthcare / Insurance domain.
