Job DescriptionSalesforce FSL Technical Lead with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Salesforce Architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable Field Service solutions, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as SAP, and leading technical teams.
Required Skills:- 5-8 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Platform Events
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC,SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Custom Metadata Types.
- Expertise in FSL (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console, Mobile App)
- Experience with SAP Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs,JSON/XML Processing, Named Credentials, Middleware and SAP integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
- Ability to perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor developers
Architecture & DesignStrong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, Security Model, Sharing & Visibility, Large Data Volume (LDV),Performance Optimization, Integration Patterns& Enterprise Application Architecture
Key Responsibilities:• Lead FSL technical design and development
• Drive solution architecture and integration design
• Review code, Apex, LWC, Integration, Flow designs and enforce development best practices.
• Resolve complex production issues
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership
• Develop scalable and high-performing solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:• Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Field Service Lighitning.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
