Seeking an experienced Salesforce Shield Implementation Specialist to lead the setup, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Shield. This role will ensure proper implementation of security, monitoring, and encryption features, with potential for ongoing Salesforce security and platform work beyond the initial project.
In this role, you will:
- Implement and configure Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption).
- Assess the current Salesforce environment and design secure Shield configurations.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams on policies, encryption strategies, and audit requirements.
- Integrate Shield with existing Salesforce processes and third-party apps.
- Create documentation and provide training to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot Shield-related issues and recommend ongoing security improvements.
- Support additional Salesforce initiatives as needed.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Shield.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and encryption.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with compliance and data-protection standards.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
