Salesforce Senior Technical Lead / Architect (Amazon Connect & Salesforce Service Cloud Voice) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
We are looking for a
Senior Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect (Amazon Connect/Salesforce Service Cloud Voice). This position isresponsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation and will require a strong salesforce background, experience in Salesforce development, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform - Lead the hands-on technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrity
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides & system support guides
- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects
- Design and develop customizations using Salesforce.com developer toolkit
- Architect, design, and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming
- Establish and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, access levels, and sharing rules
- Perform data migration and maintain data quality using standard Salesforce data tools
- Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring code and design quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize project backlogs
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies and leverage them to bring business benefits
- Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with company's business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the system
- Perform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
- Provide mentorship and supervise development team
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities
- Designing and implementing Salesforce-based systems and applications to meet business requirements.
- Leading a team of Salesforce developers and ensuring best practices in development and integration are followed.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, while maintaining high technical standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to business stakeholders to ensure effective use of Salesforce for their needs
- Proven experience in DevOps - Deployment (SIT/UAT/Prod) and Prod troubleshooting/fixes.
Qualifications:- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce Ecosystem and integrations experience with various systems
- 5+ years or more with experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect ecosystem (application, telephony, routing, AI, and DevOps layers)
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Technical Lead
5+ years of Salesforce architecture, services, and security model - 5+ years experience with Salesforce Development Toolkit (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning, etc.)
- 5+ years experience in hands-on development leverages design patterns, integrations and SF Architecture
- 5+ years experience in DevOps - Deployment (SIT/UAT/Prod) and Prod troubleshooting/fixes.
- 3+ years experience in AWS and Databricks.
- 5+ years Salesforce's data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items
- 5+ years experience with Agile development methodologies and tools i.e. Jira
Preferred Skills- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Must have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $143,175.00 to $238,625.00 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
