Salesforce Director

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Director to join our team in Houston, Texas. As the Salesforce Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Salesforce platform to support our growing pediatric services business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for Salesforce that aligns with the overall business goals of VigorCare Pediatric Services

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including maintenance, upgrades, and user support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and functionality to improve business processes and increase efficiency

- Monitor and analyze Salesforce data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure the success of the Salesforce platform
