Model Validator

As a Model Validator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our healthcare models and algorithms. This includes reviewing and validating data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies, and making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and validate healthcare models and algorithms to ensure accuracy and effectiveness

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the models

- Make necessary adjustments to improve the performance of the models

- Collaborate with the data science team to develop and implement new models

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and team members

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in model validation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R

- Knowledge of healthcare data and terminology is preferred

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
