Full Job Description
Salesforce Director

As the Salesforce Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Salesforce strategy, as well as managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify business needs and develop solutions that optimize our use of Salesforce to improve operational efficiency and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce strategy to support business objectives and drive growth

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, data integrity, and system updates

- Lead the training and onboarding of new Salesforce users and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure optimal use of the platform

- Monitor and analyze Salesforce data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, and make recommendations for their implementation

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants to support Salesforce projects and initiatives

- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Salesforce processes and procedures

- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on Salesforce performance and progress towards goals

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
