Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM, specifically in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development including declarative programming, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Significant experience in technical and business process consulting within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering effective presentations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce solutions using declarative programming and custom Apex development.
• Collaborate with client architects and developers in a sprint-based Agile environment.
• Support and train team members on Salesforce development processes and architecture.
• Define and execute client-specific Salesforce strategies and initiatives.
• Develop reusable Apex applications for both internal and customer-facing use.
• Work closely with offshore teams to ensure project alignment and manage dependencies.
• Utilize Salesforce CPQ features like Advance Approvals and Price Rules effectively.
