Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation tools to meet business requirements
- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party connectors
- Write and maintain high-quality, well-documented code including Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable jobs, with full awareness of Salesforce governor limits
- Build responsive Lightning Web Components and custom user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive adoption
- Develop and optimize SOQL queries and database design to ensure data integrity and platform performance
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals

Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II preferred
- Proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and configuration
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems
- Experience with modern source control (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, VS Code, SFDX)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Organized, detail-oriented, with high standards for code quality and testing practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $98,000.00 to $122,000.00 per year.
