Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers who can own solution design and deliver hands on development across the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will partner with product owners, architects, and administrators to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, deliver high quality code and configuration, and support DevOps and CI/CD practices. The candidate should have strong development experience across the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, Salesforce security, scalable data modeling, and governor limit aware design.

Required Skills
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex development
• Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
• Experience with asynchronous processing patterns in Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and governor limit aware application design
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security concepts
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce data models
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Git workflows and source control
• Experience with Salesforce DX
• Experience implementing automated testing and deployment automation
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs and influence technical decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, administrators, and technical stakeholders

• Experience working in complex enterprise Salesforce environments

Key Responsibilities
• Own solution design and deliver hands on Salesforce development across the platform
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Translate business requirements and product needs into technical solutions
• Develop high quality Apex code and Lightning Web Components
• Develop and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries
• Implement asynchronous processing patterns where appropriate
• Design solutions that operate within Salesforce governor limits
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce data models
• Implement Salesforce security controls and ensure appropriate access to data and functionality
• Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations and custom solutions
• Implement automated testing to ensure application quality and reliability
• Support Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Use Git workflows and Salesforce DX to manage source code and development activities
• Develop and maintain automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, administrators, and other technical stakeholders
• Evaluate technical alternatives and communicate tradeoffs to support informed decision making
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce development and DevOps practices

Education Requirement
• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
