About the job you're considering
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the technical design and architecture for a Salesforce Consumer goods cloud implementation.
Your role
This role will partner closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record in designing complex, global solutions for the Consumer Goods cloud project.
Your skills & experience
• 6+ years Salesforce development experience, with 1+ year on Consumer Goods Cloud
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II strongly preferred)
• Hands-on development on CG Cloud Retail Execution objects, including custom Action Plan logic and Assessment Task scoring
• Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Platform Events experience
• Experience building and troubleshooting offline mobile configurations and sync behavior for field users
• Integration development experience with SAP, middleware (MuleSoft preferred), and REST/SOAP APIs
• Proven ability to lead small dev pods, conduct code reviews, and enforce CI/CD and DevOps standards (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
• Track record delivering at least one CG Cloud or Field Service implementation to production
Nice to have:
• Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional credential
• Experience with Data Cloud ingestion, identity resolution, and activation to CG Cloud
• Familiarity with Einstein for CG, recommendation models, or next-best-action for field reps
• OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors) experience

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 - $174,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
