JOB SUMMARY
Leads the technical execution of the Salesforce solution. Guides developers, reviews designs and code, enforces development standards, resolves complex technical issues, and works closely with the Technical Architect to turn architectural direction into working solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Performs hands on Salesforce development, technical leadership, Apex, Lighting Web Components, integrations, OmniStudio and Salesforce deployment practices.

Required Qualifications
OVERALL EXPERIENCE SFDC System Analyst/Developer: 3-5 years IT industry total experience, with 2-3 years specifically in Salesforce.com development (coding) and implementation, administration, and configuration. The Salesforce development (coding) experience must be in LWC, Apex, Omnistudio, Integrations, Visualforce and Lightning, and any affiliated coding technologies required for Salesforce like Java-script frameworks. Must have hands on experience in Omnistudio in minimum of 2 projects or atelast one project with more than 10 months of experience in Omnistudio. Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in LWC, Apex/Visualforce and Lightning coding, and in Salesforce administration, configuration and customization. Excellent communication and be able to coordinate with and get Knowledge Transition from Onsite (USA-based) salesforce development teams, and interact with IT/Business stakeholders there. FORCE.COM PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT SKILLS NEEDED: Experience of atleast 3 Actual Projects in LWC, Omnistudio, LIGHTNING version, including working on Aura framework, and in integrations. Candidate should have Strong Experience with LWC, Integrations, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Java-script. Strong Problem-solving skills, with ability to get multiple solutions for/approaches to solve a problem/scenario. Thorough knowledge of governor limits, coding best practices, and understanding the limitations of Apex coding. Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture. Plus experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API. Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rule, approval process, reports and dashboards. Experience using Apex Data Loader (or other ETL tools like Informatica or Boomi or Cast Iron or Mulesoft) is a huge plus. Experience with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, database schemas, stored procedures is essential. Follow unit testing and test class best practices, and be capable of coding for positive/negative scenarios. Must have experience with production deployment using change-set/eclipse/ANT migration tool, and working on solving deployment errors. Knowledge on HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Web-services, Google APIs, JQuery/any other java-script framework. Object oriented programming experience in J2EE/.Net platforms. Candidate should have very good understanding of Salesforce Admin activities like - user creation, role/profile set up, Security set up etc. Must Have Skills: Skill 1 - Lightning Web Components (LWC) 2-3+ Years. Skill 2 - OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) - 1+ Year / 2 Projects. Skill 3 - Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Development - 2-3+ Years. Skill 4 - Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Metadata API) & Deployment Experience - 2+ Years.

Preferred Qualifications
Any prior experience with other technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred but not mandatory. Working experience in healthcare payer domain is a huge plus but not mandatory. Good To have Skills: Skill 1- Healthcare Payer Domain - any relevant exp. Skill 2 - Java/.NET Development - 2+ Years. Skill 3 - MuleSoft/Informatica/Boomi/Data Loader ETL Experience - 1+ Year. Skill 4 - SQL/PLSQL, Aura Framework, Bulk API, Metadata API - 1+ Year.

Certifications
Must Have Certifications: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 1) and AppBuilder Certification. Desirable: Advanced Developer Certification (DEV 501 or Platform Dev 2) completed in full (all 3 parts). Good to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Certifications. Mandatory if Applicable Domain Experience -Healthcare Payer Domain (Preferred, Not Mandatory). Must have Certifications - Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory). Salesforce App Builder Certification (Mandatory).
