A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for aSalesforce Business Systems Analyst

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 6 months, possible extension
Location: Remote

Role Overview
We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who blends strategic thinking with hands-on Salesforce expertise especially across Field Service and Field Service Mobile.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and technology, leading conversations, challenging the status quo, and shaping enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions from idea to impactful delivery.
You'll play a key role in translating real-world field service operations into scalable, intuitive digital experiences ensuring every solution is both technically robust and user focused.

What You'll Do
Discover & Define
  • Lead interactive workshops to uncover business needs and spark solution ideas
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements
  • Analyze processes across business units to identify opportunities, gaps, and risks
Design & Deliver
  • Shape end-to-end Salesforce solutions by mapping business needs to technical capabilities
  • Partner with tech teams to drive solutions across the entire development lifecycle
  • Build and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Recommend innovative approaches, weigh impacts, and estimate solution efforts
Collaborate & Influence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver Salesforce capabilities at scale
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert guiding key decisions
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and Center of Excellence best practices
  • Optimize & Govern
  • Identify risks early and proactively communicate with stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of standard processes, data models, and system capabilities
  • Continuously enhance user experience through thoughtful improvements

Technical Expertise
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
  • Hands-on exposure to data migration and system transitions
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
    • Field Service & Field Service Mobile
    • Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud (Communities)
    • Marketing Cloud

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $85.00 - $92.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
