Salesforce Business Analyst (CRM & CPQ)
As our Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You'll translate complex requirements into clear, actionable Salesforce configurations-especially within CRM and CPQ-ensuring our sales, service, and operations teams have the tools they need to work smarter, close deals faster, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your work will directly shape how we engage with customers, optimize revenue processes, and scale our business.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce CRM and CPQ enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes to support CRM and CPQ functionality.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to design and implement solutions that align with best practices.
  • Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, ensuring solutions meet requirements and deliver measurable value.
