The Salesforce Business Analyst is expected to produce and maintain:
- Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Product backlog and backlog refinement outputs
- Functional and business requirements documentation
- Process flows, business workflows, and solution diagrams
- UAT plans, test scenarios, and validation reports
- Traceability matrices linking requirements to delivered functionality
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Financial Services Cloud preferred)
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog management systems

- Support delivery across Salesforce workstreams and Phoenix pillars (Relationship Management, External Portal, Project Processing)
- Enable alignment between business requirements and system design across releases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the program
Tools & Technologies:
- gile delivery tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent
- Documentation tools for requirement and process modeling
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform architecture and configuration concepts
