Job Summary
Seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with 15+ years of Business Analyst experience and strong exposure to Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong Business Analyst background along with experience supporting Scrum Master responsibilities. The Salesforce Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable Salesforce requirements. The role involves requirements gathering, user story creation, stakeholder coordination, Agile delivery support, and ensuring Salesforce solutions deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs/FRDs, user stories, workflows, and requirements traceability matrices, as applicable.
• Perform impact analysis for Salesforce enhancements, defects, and change requests.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Provide functional guidance across Salesforce features, including objects, fields, workflows/flows, validations, reports, and dashboards.
• Participate in UAT planning and execution, including test scenario creation, coordination with business users, and validation of delivered functionality.
• Support release readiness activities and post-deployment validation.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to help prioritize backlog items and ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR).
• Support Scrum Master responsibilities and Agile team coordination as needed.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements walkthroughs, and stakeholder review sessions.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to project and delivery leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure changes are documented and communicated effectively.

Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to Salesforce platforms.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within CRM or Salesforce-based programs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts, including data model, security, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery processes and collaborating with Product Owners, developers, administrators, architects, and business stakeholders.
