Business Analyst II
Key Responsibilities
Working with business partners to translate business requirements into Salesforce actionable outcomes.
Design and implementation of Salesforce.
Support day-to-day enhancements.
Working with existing Salesforce team (7-10 people).
Define functional solutions and create technical solutions to business problems utilizing the Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions.
Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality.
Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders.
Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems procedures, functions or organizational changes.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years experience
Certifications
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Charlotte Based. Mostly in office-some opportunity to WFH after training.
