Full Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst that has experience with Goverment Cloud to join our DCX team. Your Role • Collaborates with business SMEs, product owners, architects, and development teams to validate requirements, support testing activities, and ensure successful solution adoption. Your Skills and Experience • Salesforce Business Analyst with 6-10 years of experience translating complex business processes and regulatory requirements into Salesforce solutions and user stories. • Skilled in requirements elicitation, process mapping, backlog management, workshop facilitation, and documentation of business, functional, and compliance requirements. • Experience supporting contract management, workflow automation, approvals, document management, and audit-driven business processes. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ability to identify opportunities to leverage standard functionality while minimizing customization. • Familiarity with Government Cloud delivery standards, secure coding practices, testing frameworks, and compliance-driven development approaches. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082-$193,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
