Salesforce Architect

The Opportunity

Wilshire Law Firm is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will serve as a hands-on technical leader, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure solutions that improve operational efficiency and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
  • Assess and modernize legacy configurations, workflows, automation, and customizations to improve platform performance and maintainability.
  • Establish development, security, integration, data, and governance standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and scalable solutions.
  • Design and oversee solutions involving Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, automation, custom objects, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Build, test, and deploy integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, reliability, and adherence to development and QA best practices.
  • Lead technical reviews, code reviews, and complex Salesforce initiatives from discovery through implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce administrators, developers, and other technical team members.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and enterprise architects to prioritize initiatives and solve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Experience modernizing complex Salesforce environments and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, lead technical design sessions, document solutions, and deliver complex projects from concept through implementation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or related Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Litify CRM.
  • Experience within legal services, insurance, healthcare, or other document-intensive industries.
  • Background in enterprise application architecture, development, and system integrations.

Compensation
  • $160,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
