Responsibilities:- Agentforce Solution Design & Architecture:
- Analyze business requirements and identify AI use cases.
- Design agent roles, topics, actions, and governance.
- Define scalable enterprise AI architecture.
- AI Agent Development & Implementation:
- Build agents using Salesforce - Agentforce.
- Develop workflows using Flows, Apex, and APIs.
- Implement GenAI, prompts, and automation.
- Integration & Data Enablement:
- Integrate with Salesforce Clouds and external systems.
- Enable Data Cloud and unified data models.
- Ensure governance and security.
- Workflow Automation:
- Automate cases, leads, and document processing.
- Improve efficiency and productivity.
- Testing & Deployment:
- Test, deploy, and monitor AI agents.
- Optimize performance and accuracy.
- Governance & Responsible AI:
- Implement guardrails and compliance controls.
- Ensure ethical AI usage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Conduct workshops and advisory sessions.
- Work with business and tech stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:- Salesforce (Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Health Cloud)
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
- Prompt Engineering Specialist
- SAP Integration
- Expertise in Salesforce - Agentforce technology
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Salesforce - Data Cloud and Salesforce - Einstein AI (Sales Cloud Einstein, Einstein for Service, Einstein for Marketing, Commerce Cloud Einstein, etc)
- Domain experience in Healthcare or Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
