Strong working knowledge of Flow Builder (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows)
Experience with security models: OWD, roles, sharing rules, permission sets/permission set groups
Familiarity with a recent Salesforce release (2025-2026 releases preferred)

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Government Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions)
Handle user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security models
Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation (migrating legacy Workflow Rules/Process Builder to Flow where applicable)
Manage data quality: imports, exports, deduplication, and Data Loader/Data Import Wizard operations
Support release management: evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases (Spring/Summer/Winter) for impact and opportunity
Configure and maintain dashboards, reports, and list views for stakeholders
Administer AppExchange package installations and updates
Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support and training
Document system configurations and maintain a change log for audit/compliance purposes (important for federal clients)
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
