Full Job Description
About this Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to serve as the backbone of our Revenue Operations infrastructure. In this role, you will transition beyond standard administration to focus on the technical architecture, AI integration, and cross-platform automation that powers our revenue engine.

The ideal candidate is a systems architect at heart-someone who understands how to maintain a "System of Record" while integrating it with modern data warehouses, AI models, and product-led growth (PLG) signals. You will be the technical guardrail for our internal automation efforts, ensuring that our systems remain secure, scalable, and highly performant.

This role is 5 days onsite in Mountain View, CA or McLean, VA.
Key Responsibilities
System Architecture & Maintenance
  • Infrastructure Management: Own the technical maintenance and overall health of the Salesforce instance, including release management, performance monitoring, and technical debt reduction.
  • Integrations & Data Warehousing: Architect and maintain secure data pipelines between Salesforce and our internal data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) to ensure a single source of truth for all revenue data.
  • IT Security & Compliance: Partner with IT Security to implement and enforce rigorous governance, SSO, encryption standards, and granular permission sets to protect sensitive customer and financial data.
Automation Governance
  • Super User Oversight: Act as the technical reviewer and governance lead for automation efforts initiated by internal SMEs and super users, ensuring all Flows and logic are scalable and non-conflicting.
  • Technical Guardrails: Develop and maintain the technical framework that allows business units to build within the system while maintaining architectural integrity.
  • Flow & Logic Optimization: Refactor complex legacy processes into modern, efficient Salesforce Flows and managed triggers to increase system speed and reliability.
AI & Product Integration
  • AI Strategy Execution: Support the technical integration of AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Claude or other external LLMs) into the sales workflow to automate routine tasks and provide predictive insights.
  • Product Data Ingestion: Work closely with Product Engineering to integrate product-usage signals into Salesforce, enabling automated triggers for Sales, Customer Success teams, and our Customers.
  • System Evolution: Stay at the forefront of the Salesforce ecosystem to identify and implement emerging technologies that can further automate and optimize the revenue cycle.
Basic Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in high-complexity, enterprise-grade environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and a good understanding of Apex/SOQL logic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Data Cloud Consultant certifications are highly preferred.
  • Data & AI Literacy: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or integrating Salesforce with external AI/ML models.
  • Security & Compliance: Familiarity with SOC2, GDPR, or other security frameworks as they relate to CRM governance.
The Ideal Candidate Will Thrive In
  • A technical environment where they act as the bridge between "Business Needs" and "System Architecture."
  • A fast-paced environment that requires balancing immediate business agility with the discipline to build for scale and look beyond quick-fix solutions.
  • A forward-looking team that treats the CRM as a product and is eager to experiment with AI and automation.
