JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Chase Media Solutions and help power a high-growth business with strong sales and marketing operations. You will shape how teams use Salesforce to work smarter, improve reporting, and deliver results for clients.

As a Salesforce Administrator within Chase Media Solutions, you lead the business-side ownership of Salesforce enhancements and day-to-day platform administration. You partner with Sales, Marketing, and Campaign Operations to translate needs into scalable solutions, and you work closely with Product and Technology to deliver enhancements smoothly. You improve data integrity, automation, and reporting to strengthen adoption and operational performance.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business point of contact for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and platform initiatives.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions supporting revenue operations, sales, marketing, and campaign operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize the enhancement backlog, and deliver scalable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to align on development, integration, testing, and release plans.
  • Administer Salesforce user access, roles, permissions, and governance to support secure and effective usage.
  • Maintain data quality through standards, monitoring, and issue resolution; define controls for ongoing integrity.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable visibility into performance.
  • Develop documentation and training materials; promote best practices to improve adoption and consistency.
  • Monitor platform usage and performance metrics; identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
