About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Salesforce Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Salesforce products or services, with a focus on financial services clients. This role requires someone who is results-driven, highly motivated, and experienced in consultative sales-especially in the areas of project delivery and managed services within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for Salesforce-related services and solutions.
  • Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services sector.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and partner alliances to craft compelling sales proposals.
  • Sell a mix of professional services (projects, advisory) and managed services tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Leverage knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to position relevant services and capabilities.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene for all sales activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, Salesforce community meetups, and partner ecosystem events.
