To thrive/succeed as the Sales Support Manager, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, industrial technology, or a related discipline is required.
- 5+ years of related work experience in the automotive industry. Software: Microsoft Office, NetSuite, and Certify.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
Your responsibilities as the Sales Support Manager will include: - Support Account Managers in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives by creating customer-specific presentations, sales tools, and product positioning materials that drive OEM engagement and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier partners while developing a deep understanding of product portfolios, features, capabilities, and competitive advantages to effectively represent solutions to customers.
- Manage and coordinate product development projects, monitoring timelines, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with suppliers and customers to ensure successful program execution and launch readiness.
- Analyze customer vehicle and accessory portfolios, market trends, and competitive activity to provide actionable insights that support product recommendations, lifecycle planning, and sales strategy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports, document key processes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges, support onboarding activities, and maintain accurate, up-to-date sales and marketing assets.
