Job Title: Sales Support Assistant
The Opportunity:
The Sales Support Assistant plays a key role in supporting sales, merchandising, and operational activities across the business. This position coordinates product samples and inventory, maintains product information and sales tools, and provides administrative support to ensure efficient communication between internal teams and international partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, retail math proficiency, and excellent communication abilities are essential to success in this role.
What You Will DoKey Responsibilities- Manage sample inventory, product bins, and sample shipments.
- Maintain internal assortment lists, product catalogs, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with overseas teams on product forecasts, specifications, and updates.
- Prepare weekly business recaps and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule showroom appointments and support meeting logistics.
- Create presentations and marketing materials for customer meetings and reviews.
- Track photography workflow, markdown activity, RTVs (Returns to Vendor), and product conversions.
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
What You Will NeedQualifications- 1-3 years of experience in jewelry, luxury goods, retail, or a related industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of retail math and inventory management concepts.
- Experience with Navision is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
CompensationFor U.S. locations that require the disclosure of compensation, the pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Please keep in mind that this range is base pay only and does not include other components of the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Richline Group, Inc., your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience, which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
