The Sales Operations Generalist plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing sales processes, systems, and data to drive efficiency and performance across the organization. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence, ensuring process compliance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and data integrity within the sales function.
What You Will Do: - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document and standardize key sales operations workflows and processes.
- Develop and maintain policy documentation to ensure clear, consistent guidelines across the sales function.
- Review existing sales processes to identify and recommend more efficient ways of working for sales teams.
- Perform data entry and cleanup initiatives to support the overall accuracy and integrity of information in Salesforce.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales operation procedure documentation and training materials.
- Assist with the day-to-day execution of sales operations tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy across the department.
- Support the monitoring of sales processes and report on adherence to established policies.
- Help identify process gaps or inefficiencies and provide administrative support to implement improvements.
- Assist sales teams by ensuring operational tasks, approvals, and documentation are completed correctly and on time.
- Support Salesforce maintenance by investigating basic issues, updating records, and assisting with user access or partner logins.
- Help track and compile data for operational reports and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Director, other Sales Operations team members, and various departments on projects to help refine workflows and improve cross-functional efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a related support role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established procedures and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (experience with basic data entry and navigation).
- Experience using Jira for tracking tasks and following workflows.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist team members and report findings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A helpful, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support team goals across the organization.
Kapitus Total Rewards Package Includes: - Competitive Base Salary Range of $64,100 to $102,900. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant's final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant's geographic location, skills, and experience.
