Position Description:

Join CGI's high-performing Trade Finance and Payments business unit focused on delivering exceptional client engagement and operational support. In this role, you will play a key role in the strategic sales process by conducting product demonstrations of CGI Trade360, a sophisticated banking software platform, to prospective clients. Success in this role requires developing a deep understanding of the platform as well as the day-to-day operational responsibilities of banking professionals utilizing trade finance technologies.

CGI Trade360 enables banks to provide the full range of traditional trade, payables, receivables, and cash management services to their customers-anywhere, anytime-through a single, integrated, and global platform. This role requires the ability to effectively position platform capabilities within client discussions, demonstrations, and proposal responses. You will collaborate directly with senior business development leaders to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of proposal development efforts while providing guidance throughout the RFP development lifecycle.

Working closely with technical specialists, sales executives, and account leaders, you will help transform complex concepts into compelling, client-focused narratives while supporting business process optimization, readiness activities, and cross-functional alignment.

This position can be located in any U.S. or Canada CGI office. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of CGI's Trade360 platform and trade and supply chain finance technology solutions

Lead and support CGI Trade360 product demonstrations for prospective clients

Provide guidance and support throughout the RFP development process to ensure high-quality, client-focused proposal submissions

Support the full Request for Proposal (RFP) lifecycle, including development of high-quality client responses

Translate Trade360 platform capabilities into compelling business value propositions aligned to client requirements

Manage and maintain demo and marketing environments, including testing activities during update cycles

Facilitate collaboration and alignment across IT, business partners, leadership, and sales teams

Maintain and continuously improve process documentation to ensure operational accuracy and consistency

Deliver reporting, metrics, and visual presentations that provide actionable insights to leadership

Support workshops, proofs of concept, client presentations, and related sales enablement activities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Excellent presentation and client communication skills

Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Demonstrated analytical, documentation, and reporting expertise

Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate options and recommend solutions

Direct experience within trade finance, financial services, or banking technology environments

Experience supporting client-facing sales activities including demos, presentations, and RFP responses

Knowledge of CGI Trade360 platform capabilities, including trade finance, payables, receivables, and cash management functionality

Desired qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience as a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role in a digital or operational transformation environment
OR High School Diploma with 8+ years of specialized industry experience

Strong understanding of trade finance transaction workflows and operational processing

Ability to guide stakeholders through the RFP response development process, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business priorities

Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis techniques

Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms

Understanding of software release management and testing practices

Experience working with integrated global banking platforms supporting trade finance and transaction banking services

Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Ability to travel up to 20%

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $102,000.00 - $218,200.00.
