As a Principal Architect in Enterprise Architecture, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leading U.S. enterprises. In this role, you'll guide strategic technology decisions, connect business priorities with IT execution, and design scalable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You'll blend deep technical acumen with the ability to influence executives, mentor teams, and lead digital initiatives across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define enterprise IT strategies that align with business objectives and support long-term growth
  • Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and decision-making forums
  • Guide teams on best practices across enterprise architecture and emerging technologies
  • Direct digital transformation programs to strengthen competitiveness
  • Recommend solutions balancing innovation with practical delivery

Qualifications

Required:
  • Extensive experience working with clients in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) and Insurance industry
  • Specialist in Payments processing (ACH, Cards, Zelle, Venmo, TCH RTP, Fednow, Wires, ISO20022, Check processing etc.)
  • Mastery in at least two architecture practices areas: Application, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, or Data Architecture, with working knowledge of the others
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, CMS, RPA, and BI
  • Demonstrated success shaping IT strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, assessing risks, and guiding organizations through change
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred:
  • Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills
  • Proven ability in strategic planning tools such as product roadmaps, service blueprints, and data flow diagrams
  • Creative problem-solving with sustainable, long-term solutions
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies, tools, and methods
  • Large-scale program or project leadership from concept to delivery
