Our Sales Strategy & Operations (SOps) organization is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our sales organization to run effectively and efficiently. This individual will act as an advisor to executives in the sales organization and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be partnering with senior sales executives to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. The role is also responsible for leading, executing, and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
The associate on the North America LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) team should have a strong strategic mindset, communications skills and the ability to drive change and transformation at scale. You will work with cross-functional, sales and SOps partners on strategic and operational initiatives to drive continued growth, transformation and operational efficiencies within LSS.
Responsibilities:
30 Drive complex data analysis to understand historical business performance, predict future outcomes, and advise senior stakeholders on business direction
30 Lead, transform and manage change across core processes within the sales organization, such as GTM execution, systems and tools, forecasting, financial planning, dashboard development, data checks and maintenance
30 Build, present, and implement recommendations on a variety of strategic, cross-functional projects that will shape LinkedIn's go-to-market motion
30 Partner with senior sales leaders on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities
30 Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales, pricing, HR, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives
30 Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning)
30 Improve operational efficiency by redesigning and automating existing processes using AI-enabled tools
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
30 Bachelor's degree
30 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, management consulting, or an analytical/operational role
30 2+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
30 Basic SQL knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
30 Ability to leverage data and insights to influence and drive sound decision making
30 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: expertise in data analysis and financial modeling
30 Experience with SQL, BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), workflow automation tools, or AI productivity solutions
30 Proactive mindset toward adopting emerging AI and automation technologies to boost personal and team productivity
30 Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, present, and build strong partnerships with senior executives
30 Experience driving change and transformation at scale across key processes and GTM initiatives among either of the following: cross-functional partners, sales teams or external customers/partners
30 Experience managing programs (organizing teams, program plans, managing schedules, deliverables)

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
