- Department Hours: Monday - Saturday: 8:30am - 8:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
What You'll Do- Work toward and achieve individual sales goals
- Respond to and follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Build lasting customer relationships and deliver a first-class buying experience
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process
What You'll Bring- 1+ year of sales experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or another customer-facing sales environment
- Motivated by achieving sales goals.
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- Experience working in a commission-based sales environment
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe Annual Estimated Pay Range is $48,200 - $158,700.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
